Delivery Driver/Warehouse Worker

Location: Fresno, CA
Route Coverage: Fresno–Sacramento corridor (with multiple city stops), Fresno–Bakersfield, and local Fresno deliveries

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to operate a flatbed truck equipped with air brakes for the delivery of flooring materials. This role combines regional and local driving with warehouse operations. When not on delivery routes, the employee will assist in warehouse management, order preparation, and facility organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Transportation

• Safely operate a flatbed truck with air brakes
• Transport flooring materials between:
• Fresno to Sacramento (with stops in between cities)
• Fresno to Bakersfield (with stops in between cities)
• Local deliveries within Fresno
• Secure and protect cargo properly during transport
• Complete delivery documentation accurately
• Communicate professionally with customers at delivery sites

Warehouse Operations (Non-Delivery Days)

• Manage and organize warehouse inventory
• Prepare orders for delivery and customer will-call pickup
• Assist will-call customers with loading and order verification
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Support warehouse workflow and logistics operations

Qualifications

• Valid license
• Experience operating flatbed trucks
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move flooring materials and pallets
• Strong organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Forklift experience a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy materials
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment
• Ability to secure loads and assist with unloading

Work Environment

• Combination of driving routes and warehouse duties
• Indoor warehouse and outdoor delivery environments

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
