Job Title: Delivery Engineer

Role Summary: Are you passionate about technology and looking to kickstart your career in field engineering? We are looking for a Junior/Senior Delivery Engineer to support our projects in Saudi Arabia. You will get hands-on experience with hardware, networks, and client interaction.

What You Will Do:

Get Projects Ready: Handle pre-deployment tasks such as site surveys (checking power, space, cabling), hardware preparation, and basic network setup.

Plan & Execute: Work with product managers and solution experts to understand what the customer needs and help turn that into a deployment plan.

Be the Face of the Company: Serve as the primary contact person for customers during the installation phase, ensuring they are satisfied and informed.

Connect Teams: Act as the bridge between the field and HQ, coordinating with developers and hardware engineers to solve on-site challenges.

Who You Are:

Educational Background: You hold a Bachelor’s degree in ICT, CS, Engineering, or similar.

Network Savvy: You have a foundational knowledge of computer networks.

Must know: How to configure an IP address, understand the difference between LAN/WAN, and use basic Linux/Windows network commands.

Python Plus: Experience with Python scripting is a strong advantage.

Attitude: You have an extreme passion for learning. You are a clear communicator who enjoys talking to people and solving real-world problems.
