Delivery & Event Setup Team Member (Full-Time)
Supply Event Rentals & Design – Kansas City Area

We’re a growing event rental company looking for a dependable team member to help deliver and set up weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

This role is more than driving—you’ll be part of a team that loads, delivers, and builds event setups from start to finish.

Pay: $24 to $27/hour (based on experience)
Full-Time Benefits: Health, Vision & Dental Insurance
Schedule: Full-time | Weekends required
Hours vary based on event schedules, including early mornings and occasional late nights (some shifts may run until 1–2am)

What You’ll Do:

• Drive box trucks, vans, and trucks with trailers for local deliveries
• Load and unload furniture, décor, and event equipment
• Assist with on-site setup and breakdown of events
• Work with a team to complete installs efficiently and correctly
• Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring equipment is ready for upcoming events
• Prep orders and pull inventory for scheduled deliveries
• Communicate professionally with clients on-site
• Keep vehicles, equipment, and inventory clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable and on time—this role is critical to event success
• Comfortable with physical work (lifting, moving, long/active days)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Able to work weekends and flexible hours

Bonus (Not Required):

• Experience with box trucks or trailers
• Forklift or pallet jack experience
• Event, moving, or warehouse experience
