Job Details-

We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Delivery Leader with 20+ years of experience to lead large-scale, multi-program delivery engagements across multiple client stakeholders. This role requires strong expertise in customer relationship management, strategic growth, P&L ownership, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will drive delivery governance, client satisfaction, revenue growth, and margin improvement while managing distributed global teams.

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of IT industry experience.
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar accounts.
• Experience handling multiple concurrent programs and global teams.
• Strong expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience in digital transformation, cloud, data, or enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated success in revenue growth and margin expansion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industries such as Energy, Waste Management, Manufacturing, BFSI, or Distribution.
• PMP / SAFe / ITIL certifications.
• MBA or equivalent leadership training.
