We are an independent, family-owned contractor, delivering packages in the Puyallup, Frederickson, Graham, Eatonville, Emumclaw and Orting. You’ll partner with our drivers to efficiently deliver Amazon packages to customers. No experience is required, and we offer on-the-job training and opportunities for career growth.

Pay: $18.00/hr base pay plus earned bonuses. With earned bonuses Delivery Helpers can earn up to $20/hour with Safety bonus and 10 hour top off.

Shift Time(s): 10-hour shifts starting at 10:20 am - until delivery route is finished. 10:20 AM-around 8:30 PM

Schedule: Weekly schedule is up to four 10-hour shifts per week. Every employee must work one weekend day every week as part of their regular schedule.

What You’ll Do:

As a Driver Helper, you will ride along in an Amazon-branded, DOT regulated box truck and support the driver in delivering packages. Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading packages (300+ packages per day)
• Handling large and bulky items using proper equipment including packages up to 50 lbs.
• Working 2-5 days per week, up to 10 hours per day (including breaks)
• Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading packages from the vehicle.
• Help navigate delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures during deliveries.

What You’ll Need:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Successfully pass a pre-employment 4-panel drug test
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check

Physical Demands: Driver helpers walk between 7-12 miles per shift. This position requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and standing.

Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and involves working in all weather conditions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a delivery, warehouse or logistics role is preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift heavy packages (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigation systems is a plus.
• Ability to navigate apps and computer systems required.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is beneficial.
