Responsibilities
Assist delivery drivers with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring items are handled safely and efficiently. Support route driving by helping to organize packages and prepare for daily deliveries. Help load and unload trucks using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary. Participate in heavy lifting and moving tasks to ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, pickups, and any discrepancies during the process. Follow safety protocols during all loading, unloading, and transportation activities. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure routes are completed on time and customer expectations are met.

Skills
Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during deliveries. Warehouse experience to efficiently handle cargo loading and unloading tasks. Commercial driving experience with a valid driver’s license, preferably with a <PERSON> driver or courier background. Experience operating box trucks, manual transmission vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, or other loading equipment. Strong driving skills with a focus on route driving safety and adherence to traffic laws. Physical ability for heavy lifting, moving heavy items, and performing manual labor tasks comfortably. Knowledge of load & unload procedures, route planning, and delivery driver responsibilities. Pay: $19.00 - $19.50 per hour
