Delivery - ICT projects Engineer

Location :Dubai

Contract : Outsource , yearly extendable

To lead and manage ICT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while meeting quality standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and finalize ICT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
• Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Oversee the implementation of ICT solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT project management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale ICT projects.
• Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, applications, and service delivery.
