Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects across multiple teams and clients. As a key player in our delivery leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution, managing stakeholder expectations, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning project goals with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering results in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Delivery & Execution Oversight:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects and programs.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure quality standards are met while balancing scope, time, cost, and risk.
• Drive delivery excellence through agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

2. Stakeholder & Client Engagement:

• Act as the primary delivery contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate regular communication and reporting on project status, milestones, and risks.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Proactively manage expectations and ensure transparency at all stages.

3. Risk Management & Problem Solving:

• Anticipate delivery risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Manage scope changes, escalations, and issue resolution with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Support teams in troubleshooting blockers and navigating complex project challenges.

4. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead, coach, and inspire cross-functional delivery teams to achieve project success.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Align teams around clear objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Foster collaboration between engineering, product, QA, and business teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-level, complex technology projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Proficient in project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Rally).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead without authority and influence across functions and levels.
• Strong business acumen with a proactive, strategic mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.
