Experience in CI/CD tools & automation e.g., Jenkins/GitLab/similar DevOps tooling.
Experience with Functional and Non-functional testing including performance, scalability and security testing.
Experience with test scenario and test data preparation.
Experience in working on data analytics and data focused projects.
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Strong teammate, problem solver, a self-sufficient individual with an ability to constructively address issues.
Proven experience in:

Automated testing

Relational DB e.g. (Oracle /SQL server /Postgres SQL)

DevOps (CI/CD) frameworks such as Gitlab/Jenkins

BDD testing frameworks such as TestRail.

Key responsibilities include:

Come in with a positive demeanor and be willing to learn the software design and patterns that make up a legacy application and design, develop, and maintain sophisticated testing tools to assure the quality of large, critical application.
Develop and maintain automated tests - both functional and non-functional - that guaranteeing service is scalable, maintainable and secure. Proactively assist with issue triaging, resolving issues, deducing root causes, and help implement timely fixes or workarounds.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Software Engineers around the globe to deliver outstanding products. Ensure that the output of test tools provides clear reporting to customers.
As an SDET, you would be encouraged to provide L3 production support and solve issues efficiently, minimizing impact on the business operations. Analyze incidents, identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
Experience in financial services with an understanding of financial market data would be helpful.
Hands-on Experience in Cloud Technologies (Preferably AWS)
Level 3 production support.
ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing
Software Development Engineer in Test foundation level (or equivalent)
Familiarity with technologies such as:
JIRA
Datadog
Selenium
