Title: Delivery Lead / Systems Integration Execution Manager

Role Purpose:
Lead execution of multi-system IT and low-current projects, ensuring integration, coordination, and delivery across multiple vendors and technologies.

Core Responsibilities:

- Own delivery of integrated systems projects (CCTV, Access Control, BMS, Network, AV)
- Coordinate multi-vendor environments and ensure system integration
- Manage site execution, installation, and commissioning
- Control project cost, BOQ, and variation orders
- Handle client technical coordination and expectations
- Deliver final handover and ensure system functionality

KPIs:

- On-time delivery
- Budget adherence
- Integration success (systems working together)
- Client acceptance
- Risk identification

Experience:
- 5–10 years in systems integration, smart buildings, or IT infrastructure
- Experience managing multi-vendor projects

Technical Knowledge:
- CCTV systems
- Access Control
- Networking basics (IP, switching)
- BMS basics
- AV systems awareness

Personality:
- Ownership mindset
- Works in unstructured environments
- Strong communication and coordination
- Proactive problem solver
