We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented Delivery Learning & Development Coordinator to support skill development
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Learning & Development (L&D)
- Identify capability gaps in collaboration with business leaders and design learning interventions aligned to current and future skill needs.
- Support leadership development, functional upskilling, and career progression initiatives through structured learning programs and mentoring.
- Track learning effectiveness and adoption, ensuring continuous improvement and measurable impact on performance and business outcomes.
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating business objectives into effective workforce strategies.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, demand management, and learning initiatives related to workforce to support growth and transformation.
- Proactively manage upskilling while ensuring alignment with HR policies and labor regulations.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 6–8 years of progressive experience in IT field, with at least 3–5 years in L&D role
- Experience supporting delivery, technology, IT, and such echo systems.
- Strong experience in employee relations, talent management, and leadership partnering.
Skills
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills
- Fair understanding on IT technologies, roles and skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and influencing abilities
- Ability to manage change and ambiguity in fast-paced environments
- Analytical mindset with ability to use HR data for insights
- Collaborative, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
