Delivery Manager / Dispatcher / In-Shop Support

Hoover-Fisher Florist is hiring a dependable, team-oriented individual for a full-time Delivery Manager / Dispatcher / In-Shop Support position. This role includes driving a company-owned delivery van—no personal vehicle required.

Job Details:

• Pay: $22 per hour
• Schedule: 40 hours/week
• Start Time: 7:30 AM
• Shifts: 8 hours
• Weekend Availability Required (Saturday)
• Closed Sundays
• One weekday off

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage delivery routes
• Dispatch drivers efficiently
• Provide in-shop support, including:
• Assisting with order preparation and organization
• Helping maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Supporting designers and staff with basic tasks
• Processing and organizing incoming deliveries
• Communicate with team members and customers

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a company-owned van
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to go up and down stairs
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
