HDL provides a range of home delivery and final mile logistics solutions for world-class retailers of furniture and mattresses. HomeDeliveryLink is currently in need of an Assistant Delivery Operations Manager to help oversee one of our furniture home delivery and installation operations, based in the Fort Worth area. This leader's responsibilities will include shared oversight of our local network of independent home delivery contract carriers, close partnership and interactions with our clients, and make sure that each and every delivery customer has an amazing delivery experience. Skills used include computer-based routing system knowledge, MS Office applications, verifiable customer service excellence, above-average verbal and electronic communication skills, adherence to established processes, and process development ability.
Candidates with home delivery experience and a professional network in the DFW contract carrier community are preferred.
