We are looking for a Delivery Manager with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment delivery, in-house hiring, and client management. The ideal candidate should be able to lead a team of recruiters, manage client relationships effectively, and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire recruitment delivery process for multiple clients.
- Handle in-house recruitment as well as external client hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements, priorities, and expectations.
- Lead, motivate, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve delivery targets.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure timely submission of qualified profiles.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a single point of contact for all delivery-related issues.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the business development team to ensure alignment of delivery capabilities with client needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment delivery within a staffing or consulting firm.
- Strong exposure to in-house hiring and client management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience in handling international or large-scale recruitment projects (preferred).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
