Job Description

• Manage & lead day-to-day functions and activities across the department, including people management and operational subjects.
• Assist in the overall business unit performance by driving SLAs and adherence to business unit metrics.
• Drive innovation and efficiencies of business opportunities, applying process improvements and new systems.
• Coaching and developing employee teams, addressing people matters, and identifying development needs.
• Act as the day-to-day operations client contact to resolve system issues and provide feedback to clients on quality and workload.
• Generate reports on performance measurement and KPIs to facilitate business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
• Maintain the business continuity plan (BCP) and execute it as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• 15 years of experience in operations, delivery, or project management.
