Daily Responsibilities:
- Monitor delivery agents' status on The Chefs App continuously during peak hours.
- Ensure agents are online and distributed across the designated zones as instructed by The Chefs App.
- Track each agent's Acceptance Rate, ensuring it does not fall below the required 95%.
- Communicate with delivery agents daily via WhatsApp/operations group to ensure readiness and quick response.
- Record and report any operational violations (delays, cancellations, absences) immediately to management.
- Ensure agents adhere to dress code and use proper delivery ready vehicles.
- Track and document official excuses in case of absences.
- Prepare an end of day report including:
- Number of active agents
- Peak time attendance & availability rate
- Orders completed per agent
- Unpicked orders
- Rejected orders
- Acceptance rate
- Total delivery income completed by all agents
- Average orders / income per agent
- Operational notes & improvement recommendations
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Prepare a weekly performance report for all delivery agents with analysis of acceptance and attendance rates.
- Recommend operational improvements such as redistributing agents or adjusting work schedules.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience managing or coordinating delivery agents for apps such as:
- Jahez
- The Chefs
- Mrsool
- HungerStation
- Other similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of tracking and reporting tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.
- Ability to analyze data and prepare accurate daily and weekly reports.
- Excellent communication skills with both delivery agents and management.
Expected Outcomes:
- Improve delivery agents' performance to maintain priority order allocation from The Chefs App.
- Reduce absenteeism and operational violations.
- Enhance quality and accuracy of operational reporting to strengthen trust with the client (The Chefs).
