Delivery Operations Coordinator

Liwa Minor Food & Beverage LLC is looking for a highly organized and analytical Delivery Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team and support the growth of our delivery business across the UAE.

This role will be responsible for overseeing delivery operations, managing aggregator platforms, supporting campaign execution, analysing performance data, and driving operational excellence across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery operations across UAE stores
• Manage delivery aggregators including Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, and others
• Monitor delivery KPIs, sales trends, customer feedback, and operational performance
• Coordinate menu updates, campaigns, and platform activations
• Conduct operational audits and ensure SOP compliance
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance insights to support business decisions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and delivery optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field
• Experience in delivery operations, F&B operations, or aggregator management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with dashboards, Excel, and performance tracking tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
