Delivery Operations Specialist

Medicina Pharmacies is looking for a Delivery Operations Specialist to optimize our home delivery operations across hubs and branches in UAE. This role is critical in ensuring accurate prescription processing, on-time deliveries, regulatory compliance, and an excellent customer experience within our omnichannel pharmacy network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee approval center workflows to ensure accurate and compliant prescription processing
• Ensure zero pending prescriptions daily and timely dispatch of all orders
• Monitor and maintain >95% on-time delivery performance across hubs
• Track and improve driver efficiency, including rides per driver and incentive utilization
• Optimize delivery routes and zones to minimize delays and maximize coverage
• Review daily operational KPIs for hubs and branches
• Enforce SOPs to prevent dispatch errors (wrong items, labeling issues, etc.)
• Manage home delivery licensing and ensure full regulatory complianceHandle driver issues and escalations, ensuring resolution within 48 hours
• Support hub operations by managing inventory shortage orders
• Prepare and review daily performance reports (orders, errors, customer feedback)
• Ensure full adherence to SLAs with 100% dispatch completion within target timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience Strong experience in operations management and delivery services
• Proven ability to manage KPIs, SLAs, and cross-functional teams
• Experience in pharmacy, healthcare, retail, or omnichannel operations is a plus
