Delivery Operations Supervisor

Job Description

• Follow work instructions, set priorities, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Supervise the quality of picking and delivery operations to maintain service standards.
• Communicate regularly with drivers and ensure vehicles meet hygiene requirements.
• Plan proper stacking and placement of goods based on routes and safety regulations.
• Organize daily team activities while monitoring deadlines, quality, and compliance.
• Support onboarding of new employees and help build a positive and cooperative work environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma with experience in similar operational roles.
• Strong communication abilities with proven leadership skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Well-organized, proactive, and capable of solving problems efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and a valid forklift operator certificate.
