To ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational accountability across payroll, fines, tolls, insurance, vendor payments, and audit documentation. The role acts as the bridge between operations, finance, and HR, ensuring every deduction, payment, and document is verified, logged, and ready for audit.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:
1. Strong leadership skills– can motivate and manage a large team effectively. Must have experience or HR skills
2. Tech-savvy – comfortable with dispatch systems, spreadsheets, and online documentation. Solid computer skills is a must
3. Excellent problem-solver – quick decision-making under pressure.
4. Multitasker & fast-paced worker – meets deadlines efficiently.
5. Driving License - valid Category2- Light motor vehicles Driving license. Some route knowledge and navigation skills.
6. Language - should be able to speak and understand English. Urdu/Hindi and Arabic languages is a bonus.
7. Immediate Start - must have recently cancelled your employment VISA or willing to cancel within a week. Must be available for immediate start.
