Delivery Person/Warehouse Associate

Position: Warehouse Personnel / Delivery Driver

Base Pay: $19-20 (Experience will be considered)

Position Overview: Daily warehouse tasks will include loading product into trucks to be delivered to customers house. Delivering items to customers and to the retail store. Unloading trucks and placing items on show floor. Removing items from show floor to be delivered to customers. Driving various company vehicles to deliver items. Loading and unloading of product. Using a forklift when needed for loading larger items. Maintaining clean company vehicles. Example of items is hot tubs, furniture, woodstoves and gas stoves and various size boxes and weight. Other job duties discussed at time of interview.

Qualifications and Requirements

· Highschool Diploma, GED, or Equivalent

· Valid US Driver’s License

· Clean motor vehicle report (MVR)

· Warehouse related experience, preferred

· Ability to drive a vehicle with trailer

· Lift truck experience, preferred

Primary Responsibilities

· Loads, unloads, moves, or stores items according to delivery or routing documents or supervisor’s instruction

· Shipping and receiving items

· Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse

· Delivery of spa’s and other heavy items to customer locations

· Assembly of various items

· Moving, stacking items using industrial lift truck and hand truck

· Additional responsibilities may be added at the discretion of management

Work Conditions

· Warehouse environment

· Working outdoors in all types of weather

· Individually lift and/or move 75 lbs., and 125 lbs. with assistance

· Use of hands to hold, handle, or feel objects, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch

· Standing and walking for long periods of time

· Use of hand tools, hand truck, and other like items

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
