Delivery Rider

Job Overview:

We are looking for reliable and responsible Delivery Riders to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of grocery orders to customers, maintaining route efficiency, and providing a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up grocery orders from the dark store or warehouse
• Deliver orders to customers promptly and accurately
• Handle customer interactions professionally and politely
• Collect cash or confirm online payment (if applicable)
• Follow the assigned delivery routes and report delays/issues
• Maintain basic documentation (delivery sheet, cash collected, etc.)
• Keep motorcycle in good condition and ensure timely maintenance
• Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Valid Motorcycle Driving License (LTV preferred)
• Own motorcycle (with valid registration and documents)
• Familiarity with local routes and areas
• Ability to use a smartphone and GPS navigation apps
• Good communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus)
• Punctual, responsible, and physically fit
• Prior experience in delivery is a plus
