Delivery Rider

Oven n Grill is a growing restaurant brand committed to providing high-quality food and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Rider to join our delivery team and ensure timely, accurate, and professional order deliveries to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders promptly, safely, and professionally to customers.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure items are properly packaged before departure.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet delivery timelines.
• Handle customer payments and provide receipts where applicable.
• Maintain a courteous and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
• Adhere to all traffic and road safety laws at all times.
• Conduct routine checks and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle.
• Coordinate effectively with the restaurant and kitchen teams for delivery updates.

Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle driving license with a clean driving record.
• Must own a reliable, well-maintained motorcycle.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be dependable, well-groomed, and professional in conduct.
• Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior experience in food delivery or a similar role will be preferred.

Pay: Up to Rs35,000.00 per month
