Delivery Rider

Job Overview:
Dhaga is seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Rider to ensure timely and safe delivery of apparel products to customers. The ideal candidate should be punctual, familiar with local routes, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver orders to customers efficiently and on time
• Verify delivery details, including addresses and contact information
• Handle packages with care to maintain product quality
• Collect payments (if required) and provide receipts
• Maintain communication with the operations team regarding delivery status
• Follow traffic laws and company safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle

Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle driving license
• Own motorbike in good working condition
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in delivery or courier services
• Familiarity with mobile apps for navigation and order tracking
