Delivery Rider

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Deliveries: Picking up and delivering packages, food, or documents to residential and commercial addresses promptly.
• Route Planning: Using mapping applications (like Google Maps) to plan the most efficient routes and ensure on-time delivery.
• Cash/Digital Handling: Collecting cash payments or managing digital payments (e.g., COD - Cash on Delivery) and issuing receipts.
• Communication: Communicating with dispatch staff, managers, or customers to provide delivery updates.
• Safety Compliance: Adhering to all traffic laws and safety procedures to ensure safe handling of products.

Requirements

• Own Vehicle: Must have a personal motorbike in good working condition.
• Documents: Valid motorcycle driver's license and up-to-date bike registration.
• Knowledge: Good knowledge of local roads, markets, and routes within the city (e.g., Lahore).
• Skills: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and display polite behavior toward customers.
• Education: Typically minimum Matric or Intermediate (required by some employers)
