Delivery Rider

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Rider to deliver orders to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of local routes, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver orders safely and on time.
• Verify delivery information before dispatch.
• Handle products with care during transportation.
• Collect payments when required and submit them accurately.
• Maintain communication with customers and the operations team.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety policies.
• Keep delivery records and report completed deliveries.
• Ensure the motorcycle/bike is properly maintained and in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Own motorcycle (if required by the company).
• Good knowledge of local roads and areas.
• Basic communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• Honest, punctual, and dependable.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a delivery rider or courier.
• Familiarity with GPS and navigation apps.
