Delivery Supervisor

  • Daily Operations
  • Supervising and ensuring the vehicle is loaded appropriately according to safety standards, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations and rules
  • Supervising and ensuring full compliance with the periodic maintenance schedule of the vehicle and alerting representatives and drivers of the same
  • Supervising representatives, drivers and deliveries on a daily basis to ensure that the product reaches the right customer at the right time at the specified price .
  • Organizing the routes of the delivery representatives and distribution of the pending order to ensure on time delivery and achieving department KPI
  • Carrying out all works assigned to him by his direct manager within limits of work scope


  • Delivery
  • Following up and implementing the delivery plan and ensuring full compliance with it
  • Follow up reports of any faults in vehicles directly and coordinate with the transportation supervisor and the vehicle maintenance department to fix the malfunction as soon as possible
  • Follow the necessary instructions regarding traffic accidents, and report the accident as soon as it occurs
  • Follow up the representatives and delivery drivers regarding personal hygiene, company uniforms, general codes of conduct and complete discipline during and after delivery operations
  • Organize delegates’ routes, identifying and distributing requests registered within the region, in coordination with the direct manager, and following up on their implementation on a daily basis.
  • Follow up the daily reports and discuss the reasons for the low performance - if any - and work to handle them and finish the pending requests.
  • Follow up the collection of the financial responsibility that is assigned to the delivery team and hand them over on time, and coordinate with the direct manager to submit a report to the management in order to take the necessary legal measures to guarantee the rights of the company.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and work to finish them on time and update the complaints data on time.
  • Comply with the Last Mile Standard Operation procedures.
  • Cooperate with other department to achieve company targets.
  • Alert and highlight any common issue that affect the performance and patriciate to provide the root cause and corrective action to improve the performance

  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
