About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Site Delivery & Installation Coordinator to own the last-mile delivery and installation experience for our customers. This role requires physical presence at customer sites to ensure smooth coordination between vendors, installers, logistics partners, and internal teams—delivering a seamless, white-glove experience from arrival to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Be present at the customer site during scheduled delivery and installation.
- Act as the single point of accountability for end-to-end last-mile execution.
- Coordinate in real time with OEMs, vendors, carpenters, technicians, and logistics partners.
- Ensure products are delivered, unpacked, assembled, and installed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor sequencing, timelines, and on-time arrival to minimize waiting or delays at site.
- Inspect products for transit damage, finish issues, or missing parts prior to installation.
- Ensure safe handling of materials, site cleanliness, and protection of customer property.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding progress and next steps.
- Resolve on-ground issues quickly and escalate only when required.
- Update delivery status, issues, and customer feedback in internal systems.

- On-time delivery and installation percentage
- First-time-right installation rate
- Customer satisfaction / NPS at delivery stage
- Damage and rework incidence
- Number of escalations per delivery
Ideal Profile
- Experience in last-mile delivery, installation, or site coordination (furniture or interiors experience preferred).
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-first mindset with high attention to detail.
- Calm, solution-oriented approach in high-pressure, on-site situations.
- Willingness to travel and be physically present at customer locations during deliveries.
