Delivery Technician

As a Delivery Technician or Delivery Helper, you'll be on the front lines of delivering high-quality furniture directly to our customers — from doorstep drop-off to full white glove service. This hands-on role combines physical delivery work, light assembly, and professional customer interaction. Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport furniture to residential and commercial customer locations throughout the Charlotte, NC and surrounding area
• Unload, inspect, and verify delivered items for accuracy and condition prior to delivery
• Carry and place furniture items inside customer homes or businesses, including navigating stairs, tight spaces, and various floor plans
• Perform light to moderate furniture assembly on-site as required by the stop, including tables, beds, dressers, sofas, and chairs
• Follow white glove delivery standards on designated stops — careful handling, placement, and cleanup are expected
• Interact professionally and courteously with customers at every stop, representing Rich Reality Inc with a positive attitude
• Complete delivery logs, stop documentation, and any required checklists accurately at the end of each shift

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor throughout the full work shift — this role requires lifting 50+ lbs, carrying bulky items, and sustained physical activity
• Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to starting
• Valid government-issued ID required for all positions
• Valid driver's license required for the Driver position only — Helper position does not require a license
• Basic comfort with furniture assembly and use of simple hand tools
• Professional, customer-facing attitude — white glove stops require strong communication and care
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player — crew coordination is essential on every route
• Prior delivery, moving, or warehouse experience is a plus but not required

Pay: $125.00 - $175.00 per day
