Demand And Stock Planner / Controller

Are you detail oriented, analytical, and driven by data? We’re looking for a Demand Planner / Stock Controller to join a fast-paced retail environment.

This role combines forecasting, planning, and execution. you’ll play a key role in ensuring product availability while optimizing stock efficiency across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Build and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data, trends, and business insights.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing overstock and stockouts.
• Plan and manage replenishment cycles in coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
• Analyze sales performance, seasonality, and market behavior to continuously refine forecasts.
• Implement and improve stock control processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with operations, finance, and commercial teams to support overall planning and decision-making.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory/stock control.
• Strong experience in forecasting and demand planning is essential.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage a large number of SKUs.
• Strong coordination and communication skills across teams and suppliers.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
