Demand Generation Campaign Manager

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Demand Generation Campaign Manager to ignite our demand generation engine and help us expand our reach within the SMB sector. What You’ll Do:

As the Demand Generation Campaign Manager, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation programs aimed at capturing and nurturing our target audiences. You will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, digital marketing, events, marketing operations, marketing analytics and content teams to drive marketing qualified leads (MQLs). But its not just about Leads or MQLs – we are looking for someone that loves to drive Pipeline and Bookings in collaboration with the BDR and divisional sales teams. We win together.

  • Develop & Execute Demand Driving Campaigns: Design, implement, execute and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across all marketing channels that will resonate with ERP buyers. Input from product marketing and leadership will help define messaging, targeting and customer needs. Marketing channels include but are not limited to website, events, webinars, email, paid search, programmatic display, and paid social media.
  • Create Content that Converts: Partner with our product marketing and content teams to create high-value assets such as eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, website content, and webinars tailored to support our industry verticals, highlighting the unique challenges and solutions relevant to our audience.
  • Optimize Lead Management: Work collaboratively with marketing operations, paid digital, and the BDR teams to ensure a smooth and efficient lead funnel. Share accountability for conversion rates through the funnel and identify actions to improve the buyer journey.
  • Innovate and Improve: Find creative and innovative ways to penetrate challenging markets to find our Ideal Customer. Leverage A/B testing, personalization, and other innovative tactics to continually improve engagement rates and drive conversion.
  • Utilize Data-Driven Decision Making: Use real-time reporting dashboards to analyze campaign, tactic and channel performance toward goals. Utilize available marketing analytics, attribution, and CRM data to understand campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROMI. Dig into product performance and analyze the behavior of our very distinct audiences for our wide portfolio of solutions. Confidently communicate execution details and progress towards full funnel goals including pipeline and bookings.
  • Leverage Marketing Technology: Use advanced marketing technologies, including AI, marketing automation tools, attribution engines, and analytics platforms, to track campaign effectiveness, optimize lead scoring, personalize outreach, and refine targeting strategies. Stay updated on emerging tools that can improve campaign efficiency and drive higher-quality leads.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in Demand Generation: Proven track record of success and a minimum of 5-75+a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in demand generation or campaign management in a B2B software or ERP environment.
  • Have a Bias for Action: Take a very hands-on approach to execution and optimization. Question things. Innovate. Learn quickly. Take ownership.
  • Data Savvy: Strong analytical skills and experience working with tools like SFDC including CRM Analytics, marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot), MS Excel, Google Analytics, ABM platforms, Attribution tools, etc.
  • Content Strategy Insight: Ability to collaborate on content that resonates with ERP buyers, leveraging storytelling and data to make a compelling case.
  • Sales Alignment: Experience working closely with BDR teams to ensure lead quality and optimize lead flow, with a deep understanding of the ERP sales cycle preferred.
  • Creative and Strategic Mindset: An innovative thinker who can both think big-picture and dive into details to optimize every step of the buyer’s journey.
  • Exceptional Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing projects with Asana a plus.
