They need a Marketing Demand Generation and Operations Manager with a laser focus on growing pipeline who will be responsible for:

Campaign development, management, and optimization (including email marketing, lead nurturing, and performance reporting)

Target account research and contact list building

SEO/SEM

Website and marketing system maintenance including CRM
Their Priorities:
Build the engine that drives MQL and SQL acquisition. Marketing campaigns will include:

In-person events & conferences

Webinars
-
Outbound email

Digital advertising
Work to be done:

Own target account research and contact list building.

Own marketing analytics. Provide effective, clear reporting and dashboards so that colleagues understand campaign performance and opportunities for improvement.

Stay abreast of and execute on best practices for SEO/SEM/other digital advertising

Maintain marketing and sales systems including HubSpot, and others - seeking expertise from others quickly when needed.

Coordinate operations for digital events such as webinars and provide operational support remotely for in-person events

Own the improvement and maintenance of our HubSpot CRM for Marketing and Sales
Experience:

3-5 years of experience in a B2B demand generation role, ideally in a healthtech company

Experience managing HubSpot Marketing & Sales platforms

Experience developing and managing B2B nurture campaigns and email marketing campaigns
-
Experience evaluating channels to determine best mix for promotional activities
-
Experience with SEM/SEO and digital advertising
This is a 40 hour contract to hire remote role.
