Chang Robotics is a Christ-centered Factory 5.0 automation engineering firm serving American manufacturers. We’re building an internal marketing agency that supports CR and a growing portfolio of companies. We’re looking for a Demand Gen Specialist who is obsessed with one question: how does this create an MQL?
You’ll work directly with our fractional CMO, who will train you on LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, and AI-powered lead generation. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you should be eager to learn and willing to jump in.
What You’ll Own
- LinkedIn outreach and engagement on executive accounts (connection requests, DMs, comment engagement)
- Sales Navigator prospecting (building targeted lists, monitoring intent signals)
- Linked Helper campaign management (automated connection and messaging sequences)
- MQL identification and tracking (company fit, persona fit, intent signals per our defined framework)
- CRM management and hygiene in Keap (contact records, tagging, segmentation, pipeline accuracy)
- Lead handoff to sales (packaging qualified leads with context)
- Email campaign execution (nurture sequences, event invitations, follow-up cadences through Keap)
- Event promotion and registration driving (livestreams, webinars, trade shows)
- Apollo website visitor monitoring and follow-up
- Advertising management (LinkedIn ads, expanding to search and industry pubs as budget allows)
- Post-event follow-up ownership (attendee lists, follow-up sequences, tracking conversions)
- Weekly reporting on connections, engagements, registrants, and MQLs generated
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 3 years of marketing, sales, or business development experience
- Growth mindset. You want to learn LinkedIn outreach, AI tools, CRM automation, and demand gen strategy.
- AI-comfortable: you will use AI tools daily to make work more efficient and effective
- Metric-obsessed: you measure your own performance before anyone asks. If you shipped something and it got zero engagement, you want to know why and you want to change it.
- Willing to push back: if we assign a task and it’s not obvious how it creates an MQL, you’re authorized to ask “how does this create an MQL?” before doing it
- Detail-oriented with data (CRM hygiene, list accuracy, tracking spreadsheets)
- Comfortable with repetitive high-volume tasks when necessary (ex: sending 100 connection requests)
- Mission-aligned: you care about American manufacturing, reshoring, and building something that matters

AI
- We use mostly Claude, also a proprietary AI built by our CMO, and a smattering of Grok and Gemini.
- You'll be expected to use only our company AI accounts and will receive copious training on AI best practices.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
