Demand Generation Strategist

Position Summary

We're seeking a senior-level Growth Marketer who brings to every client engagement. This isn’t a tactical execution role; it’s for a strategist who builds integrated growth systems that drive pipeline, accelerate deals, and expand customer value. You’ll apply HubSpot’s Loop Marketing Framework to design and optimize strategies across acquisition, conversion, expansion, and advocacy. You’ll facilitate executive workshops, translate insights into business outcomes, and act as a trusted advisor who connects marketing to measurable impact.

This role spans ABM, PLG, demand generation, customer marketing, and revenue operations, all powered by HubSpot’s latest innovations, including Breeze technology. It requires senior-level expertise and a commitment to New Breed’s leadership in the HubSpot ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Design and Execution
  • Design and implement growth strategies grounded in HubSpot’s Loop Marketing Framework to drive measurable pipeline, expansion, and customer value.
  • Lead executive workshops to define priorities, KPIs, and integrated frameworks that connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
Client Partnership and Advisory
  • Build trusted advisor relationships by linking marketing initiatives to business impact across the customer lifecycle.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that improve pipeline velocity, revenue contribution, and retention.
HubSpot Mastery and Best Practices
  • Apply expert knowledge of HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to optimize automation, reporting, and lifecycle programs.
  • Stay current on HubSpot innovations to position New Breed and clients at the forefront of growth marketing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with content, paid media, SEO, and RevOps teams to activate cohesive, scalable growth strategies.
  • Share frameworks and playbooks that elevate strategist capabilities and ensure consistent client outcomes.
Milestones for Success

Within 90 Days
  • Onboard to New Breed’s frameworks, tools, and client delivery processes while earning required HubSpot certifications.
  • Build trust with assigned clients by co-leading workshops, contributing to 90-day growth plans, and applying HubSpot’s Loop Framework in early strategy sessions.
  • Partner with the sales team to understand New Breed’s ideal client profile and participate in discovery conversations that assess right-fit partnerships.
Within 6 Months
  • Independently lead strategic engagements and deliver client-ready frameworks such as ABM blueprints, campaign roadmaps, and HubSpot’s Loop Framework.
  • Strengthen client partnerships through proactive optimization and measurable impact across acquisition, conversion, and expansion.
  • Present performance insights through dashboards and reporting cadences that connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and customer lifetime value.
Within 1 Year
  • Be recognized by clients as a trusted advisor who consistently aligns marketing strategy with business impact
  • Drive revenue through strategic upsells and maintain strong client retention
  • Lead enablement initiatives that raise strategist capabilities through frameworks, playbooks, and reporting improvements
  • Collaborate with Sales and Services leadership to identify account growth opportunities and support long-term client success
Required Experience and Expertise
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B growth marketing across demand generation, ABM, PLG, and lifecycle programs, preferably within an agency, consultancy, or SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to think beyond demand generation and design integrated strategies across acquisition, conversion, expansion, and advocacy
  • Deep HubSpot expertise across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, including automation, reporting, and campaign orchestration.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as HubSpot, GA4, and Databox to translate performance data into actionable insights.
Work Environment

New Breed is a remote-first company with a headquarters at Hula Lakeside, a net-zero innovation campus in Burlington, VT. Our team works standard business hours in Eastern Time, with occasional flexibility for collaboration. While travel isn’t a regular requirement, we create opportunities each year to connect in person at company gatherings and events. This role supports multiple client accounts and includes scheduled client calls during Eastern Time business hours.
