Demand Negotiator-Personal Injury

Job Summary
Azizi Law Firm, a personal injury firm located in the Los Angeles area, seeks a full-time, EXPERIENCED BODILY INJURY SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATOR who could oversee and negotiate bodily injury claims for Plaintiffs’ side claims. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our legal team. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a solid understanding of legal procedures related to personal injury cases.

Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Evaluate bodily injury claims through medical records and legal documentation.
• Negotiate clients’ entire case with insurance adjusters to obtain the highest settlement possible
• Identify potential issues that will enhance case value.
• Analyze the cost-effectiveness of litigation versus settlement.
• Proactively pursue settlement strategies
• Sort and read through medical records, insurance correspondence, and settlement releases on behalf of clients
• Summarize case facts and create persuasive arguments
• Maintain communication with clients to guide them through the settlement process to ultimately settle their case with them
• Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our Los Angeles office.
• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative responsibilities associated with processing case disbursement.

Skills

• At least two years of experience negotiating bodily injury claims (plaintiff or defense).
• Ability to maintain professionalism while handling negotiations and communications with clients.
• Experience reading and understanding medical reports and records
• Very well organized
• Good follow-up and follow through
• Strong communication skills
• Spanish speaking is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
