CTC Range: ₹18 LPA – ₹20 LPA

About the Role

As a Demand & Supply Planning Associate (S&OP), you will run the control tower of operations—ensuring the business scales fast while remaining precise, predictable, and efficient.

This role blends analytical problem-solving, data modeling, and hands-on execution across a fast-moving, multi-SKU, multi-channel consumer business.

What You’ll Do

Build accurate demand forecasts across product categories, channels, and regions
Translate demand forecasts into production and procurement plans
Ensure optimal product availability across online and offline channels
Balance inventory levels with working capital efficiency
Drive zero-stockout planning using data-backed buffers
Track plan vs actuals (daily/weekly/monthly) and course-correct quickly
Build and maintain inventory, forecasting, and supply dashboards
Collaborate closely with sales, product, operations, manufacturing, and warehouses

Who We’re Looking For

4–6 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, inventory planning, or supply chain analytics
Experience in Consumer Electronics / Appliances / FMCG / D2C / E-commerce (strong plus)
Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools
Comfortable managing hundreds of SKUs, timelines, and moving variables
Execution-first mindset with strong ownership
Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across teams
Someone who values precision, clarity, and operational excellence
