About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Demand Planner to own forecasting, inventory planning, and replenishment across Skin Gym and PaintLab. This role is critical in ensuring we stay in stock at key retailers while optimizing inventory across DTC, Amazon, and wholesale channels.

You will be responsible for building accurate demand forecasts, aligning with sales and retail partners, and translating data into actionable inventory and production plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand Forecasting & Planning

Build and maintain SKU-level forecasts across all channels (Amazon, DTC, Walmart, Target, Ulta, etc.)
Develop rolling 3-, 6-, and 12-month demand plans
Incorporate seasonality, promotions, launches, and retailer trends into forecasts
Continuously improve forecast accuracy and track variances

Retail & Replenishment Management

Partner with retail accounts (Walmart, Target, Ulta, CVS, Nordstrom) on forecasts and replenishment planning
Analyze sell-through data and identify risks (stockouts, overstocks, missed opportunities)
Ensure timely replenishment and prevent out-of-stock situations in stores and online
Support line reviews and QBRs with data-driven insights

Inventory & Supply Planning

Translate demand forecasts into purchase orders and production plans
Manage safety stock levels, lead times, and MOQs across SKUs
Collaborate with operations and suppliers to ensure on-time production and delivery
Monitor inventory health across warehouses (US, UK, 3PLs, Amazon FBA)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on forecasts and launches
Partner with Marketing on promotional planning and campaign impact
Support Finance with inventory planning and cash flow forecasting

Reporting & Systems

Build and maintain forecasting models in Excel (or ERP tools if applicable)
Track key metrics: forecast accuracy, sell-through, weeks of supply, in-stock rates
Create weekly/monthly reporting dashboards for leadership

Qualifications:

3–6+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory planning (beauty, CPG, or retail preferred)
Strong experience with retail forecasting and replenishment
Advanced Excel skills (forecast modeling, pivot tables, scenario planning)
Experience with Amazon, DTC, and wholesale/retail channels
Strong understanding of lead times, safety stock, and inventory flow
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Nice to Have:

Experience working with Walmart, Target, Ulta, or similar retailers
Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or forecasting software
Background in beauty, wellness, or fashion product

Pay: $67,422.73 - $81,197.27 per year
