What you will do:

We are seeking a collaborative and analytical candidate to join our Supply Chain team. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving demand forecasts to support both supply chain planning and inventory goals. It will focus heavily on system-driven forecasts as well as comprehensive reporting on both the short- and long-term forecast outlook. Excellent analytical and organizational skills are a necessity to succeed.

The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report to the Manager of Demand Planning.

IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL:

  • Maintain consensus demand forecasts using supply chain planning software
  • Analyze historical sales, promotions, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy
  • Monitor forecast performance and key metrics such as forecast accuracy and bias
  • Collaborate with supply planning to ensure forecasts support inventory targets
  • Compile monthly reports to monitor in-season performance and future forecast outlook
  • Support monthly S+OP meeting needs with detailed analyses
  • Identify system improvements, automation opportunities, and data quality issues
  • Collaborate with account sales forecasting partners to ensure on time updates of products and programs
  • Other duties as assigned

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally with focus in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of experience in planning, ideally in the consumer goods industry
  • Experience with Forecasting and Supply Chain Planning Software is strongly preferred

WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly to changing demand and business conditions
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer user skills (Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel) with the ability to learn new systems
  • Ability to work cross functionally with all levels in the organization
  • Computer user skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with the ability to learn new systems

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Interact independently with internal and external parties, has the knowledge to make independent decisions.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position does not supervise employees.

For this role, the pay range is $70,000 – $84,000 annually, which is what we reasonably expect to offer when filling the position. Your actual offer will depend on things like your experience, skills, and what you bring to the team.
