Location: Istanbul/Esenyurt

  • We are looking for a team member, who will be participant Sales & Operations Planning (or Integrated Business Planning) project to enhance our supply chain and operational excellence and will take on the role of S&OP process and Demand and Supply Planner for sales channels and product categories she/he is responsible for. Work closely with sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure demand and supply balance short-, medium- and long-term horizons.



Responsibilities:



• Actively participate in and be responsible for the execution of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / S&OP processes for assigned sales channels and product categories. Analyze complex numerical data to balance demand and supply scenarios across make-to-order and make-to-stock strategies, acting as a key liaison between sales and operations teams.

• Own and manage the Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) process with a strong day-to-day analytical focus on sales order management (order tracking, prioritization, confirmation). Continuously analyze forecast realization, identify deviations, and update short- and mid-term demand plans accordingly.

• Be responsible for Master Production Schedule (MPS) management by analytically maintaining demand–supply balance, triggering supply planning actions, and integrating quantitative supply inputs into the S&OP process.

• Develop, evaluate, and implement forecasting models, methods, and calculations; perform detailed demand analyses and actively participate in customer collaboration processes to improve forecast accuracy.

• Support and follow up integrated supply planning processes through ERP/MRP and related systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across planning platforms.

• Prepare, analyze, and present regular and ad-hoc analytical reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to senior management to improve decision-making effectiveness within the S&OP process.

• Conduct end-to-end process and KPI performance tracking for assigned sales channels and product categories; deep-dive into numerical performance drivers to identify improvement opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize costs.

• Participate in S&OP-related continuous improvement projects with a strong analytical mindset to improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full), customer service levels, and overall supply chain performance.

• Actively contribute to digitalization initiatives related to demand, supply, capacity, and inventory planning, leveraging data-driven insights and advanced analytics.

• As part of the IBP process, take responsibility for demand and supply-side budgeting through detailed quantitative analysis for assigned sales channels and product categories.



Qualifications:



• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain functions such as demand planning, supply planning, S&OP / IBP, and related analytical projects within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical thinking capability with proven ability to work with large numerical datasets; highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and comfortable translating data into actionable insights.

• Advanced proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as BW, Power BI, and Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and reporting design).

• Excellent command of English (both spoken and written) with the ability to actively participate in meetings, present analyses, and communicate clearly with international stakeholders.

• Solid knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP), MRP, Kanban, and other planning tools; hands-on experience with data integration and system-based planning processes is a strong plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain complex numerical analyses to cross-functional teams and senior management.

• Proven time management skills, ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments, and flexibility to manage both operational tasks and analytical projects simultaneously.

• High learning agility, curiosity for data-driven improvement, and commitment to continuous improvement culture.



Preferences:



• Experience in Flexible Packaging, Make-to-Order (MTO), and/or hybrid production environments is an advantage.

• Experience in designing, improving, or automating analytical reports and dashboards using BW, Power BI, or similar tools is a strong plus.
