Position Overview

The Demand Specialist is responsible for preparing settlement demand packages for personal injury cases. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze medical records, accident reports, and supporting evidence to create persuasive demands for insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed and accurate demand letters summarizing case facts, injuries, and damages.
• Review and organize medical records, billing statements, and accident reports.
• Economic and non-economic damages, including medical specials and wage loss.
• Communicate with clients to gather information on pain, suffering, and lifestyle impact.
• Collaborate with attorneys and case managers to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
• Submit demands to insurance carriers and track responses for negotiation purposes.
• Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with firm standards.

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience in personal injury law, insurance claims, or medical documentation.
• Strong written communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.
• High attention to detail and organizational ability.

Preferred:

· Demonstrated experience in drafting comprehensive settlement demand packages.

· Fluency in Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
