Pay: $20.50/hour

Your Role: Demands Support Specialist

As part of the Demands Team, you’ll play a critical role in transitioning cases from treatment completion to demand submission. You’ll ensure all evidence is accurate and complete, helping our clients move closer to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with multiple parties and document notes accurately.
• Generate and manage documents using templates.
• Maintain organization and manage workflow independently to meet deadlines and goals.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a growing firm.
• Customer service experience preferred.
