We are looking for passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Parties to join the All-Day Dining team at Miraval the Red Sea, a destination focused on wellness, mindful eating, and outstanding guest experiences.
What We're Looking ForExperienced culinary professionals with a strong background in international cuisine, who are team players with solid kitchen knowledge, high standards, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. A good understanding of HACCP standards, basic paperwork, and effective communication skills are essential, as well as the drive to support the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in achieving operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesEducation & Experience
Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts from a recognized institution.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury resort, hotel, or fine dining establishment.
Previous exposure to international cuisine production preferred.
Experience working in wellness-oriented or health-conscious kitchens is an advantage.
Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of classic and contemporary culinary techniques.
Understanding of portion control, consistency, and quality standards in high-volume production.
Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Strong knife skills and ability to operate pastry equipment safely and efficiently.

Strong sense of teamwork with the ability to collaborate across departments.

Language & CommunicationProficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
Clear communication and interpersonal skills to support an inclusive, mindful workplace.
Physical RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Comfortable with lifting and carrying up to 20 kg.
