Demi Chef De Partie

Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation according to hotel standards. Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of all ingredients. Support in maintaining food quality, portion control, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items under supervision.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
  • Assist in mise-en-place and stock control.
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures.
  • Support the team during service and assist with training Commis staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety.
  • Team player with attention to detail and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
