Salary: AED 2,000 plus benefits and allowances

Job Overview:
Samaya Hotel is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie with hotel experience to join our culinary team immediately. The ideal candidate will support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations, maintain high hygiene standards, and ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet hotel quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards
Ensure all ingredients and food items are stored properly
Maintain hygiene and safety standards following HACCP guidelines
Monitor food quality and consistency at all times
Support the team during busy periods and special events
Follow kitchen procedures, portion control, and minimize wastage
Keep the workstation clean, organized, and ready for service
Communicate effectively with the team and follow instructions

Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of hotel experience in a similar role
Experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel is an advantage
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Fluent in Arabic and English
Currently available in UAE for immediate joining

Qualifications:
Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or Professional Cooking is preferred
Food safety or hygiene certification is an advantage

Salary and Benefits:
AED 2,000 monthly salary
