About the role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Demi Chef de Partie with expertise in Arabic and International cuisine to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate served.

What you will do

  • Prepare and cook authentic Arabic dishes and a variety of international cuisines to the highest standards.

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in managing daily kitchen operations and food preparation.

  • Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and kitchen areas.

  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours.

  • Uphold the brand’s culinary standards and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.

What you bring

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine dining restaurant.

  • Strong knowledge of Arabic culinary traditions and techniques.

  • Familiarity with international cuisines and fusion concepts.

  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
