We are looking for a skilled and passionate Demi Chef de Partie - Butchery & Banquet to join our culinary team at Hyatt Place Riyadh Al Sulaimania.
In this role, you will assist the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef in preparing high-quality meat dishes, banquet meals, and authentic Oriental Mix Grills. Your expertise in butchery, portioning, and traditional cooking techniques will help us deliver memorable dining experiences that reflect Hyatt's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat and poultry in line with HACCP and hygiene standards.
- Performing butchery tasks such as deboning, trimming, portioning, and marinating to minimize wastage.
- Preparing and cooking meats, poultry, and seafood for banquets, buffets, and live cooking stations.
- Specializing in Oriental Mix Grills (lamb, chicken, beef, seafood) with authentic marinades and accompaniments.
- Supporting banquet operations, ensuring timely preparation and high-quality standards.
- Assisting in training and guiding Commis chefs and trainees in butchery and banquet practices.
- Maintaining hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
Skills & Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in butchery and/or banquet kitchens.
- Solid knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and safe storage.
- Proven skills in preparing Oriental Mix Grills and Middle Eastern dishes.
- Strong knife skills and butchery techniques.
- Familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety practices.
- Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume banquet operations.
- Flexibility to support shifts, events, and outdoor catering when needed.
