Demi Chef De Partie - ( Catering - HOT / COLD )

Job Summary

The Demi Chef de Partie supports the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the required standards while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and efficient workflow within the section.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in the day-to-day running of an assigned kitchen section
  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Ensure mise en place is prepared and maintained at all times
  • Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation
  • Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety (HACCP)
  • Help train and supervise Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock rotation (FIFO)
  • Minimize waste and assist with stock control
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
  • Comply with health, safety, and company policies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
