- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of Indian dishes (North, South, or regional specialties) as per catering requirements.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and presentation.
- Work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Follow standardized recipes and portion sizes to maintain consistency.
- Support with bulk cooking and plating for large-scale events.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Chef de Partie.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Proven experience in Indian cuisine, ideally in a catering or banquet setting.
- Food, accommodation, visa & company tickets are provided.
