Demi Chef – Pastry & Bakery

Sulalat Coffee Trading Co. is looking for a passionate Demi Chef specialized in Pastry & Bakery to join our kitchen team in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing pastries, desserts, and bakery items.
• Follow recipes and production standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the pastry section.
• Support the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef or Pastry Chef.
• Basic knowledge of pastry and baking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Team-oriented attitude.
