- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of Arabic sweets and pastries with authentic flavors and modern twists.
- Develop new pastry recipes and seasonal dessert menus to enhance guest experience.
- Ensure all baked goods meet high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Manage ingredients inventory, minimize waste, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate pastry preparations with the overall dining experience.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
- Multi-task efficiently during busy service periods, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in pastry arts and Arabic sweets to keep our offerings innovative.
